Hoffa, friend and artist for the Headhunter Lounge, and fellow brother of the Fraternal Order of Moai reports on the damage to the Mai Kai a few blocks from his house looks pretty bad.
The folks at the Mai Kai say the interior is fine. Link to the pictures.
